Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Ezeki, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Ezeki Lymphatic Contour Brush, you may request a refund within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

Timing
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be approved, regardless of circumstances.

What's Covered
Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Shipping and handling fees, if any were charged, are non-refundable.

Return Required
We require you to return the product in order to receive a refund. All returns must be sent to our designated return address. The shipping costs of the return shipment are covered by the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

Product Condition
Returned items should be in their original packaging where possible. Products that show signs of excessive damage beyond normal use may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

What's Not Eligible

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period has ended.
  • Orders where the product was not returned.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces.
  • Any requests that fall outside the terms stated in this policy.

We apply this policy consistently and do not make exceptions beyond the 30-day guarantee period.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window by emailing help@getezeki.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will process your refund within approximately 10–15 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement shipment promptly.
